Alway good to have the geek squad warranty, because the manufacturer warranty always suck.

Haven't had to use it but knowing how this is my 3rd controller i purchased in 2 years. This service is a no brainer.

I always get a protection plan for my controllers. They are so expensive and this just helps put a cushion on the usual wear and a tear a controller goes through and the occasional mishaps
