Agents were horrible. When I bought my microwave, it was advertised as if anything went wrong, we bring item back to store for in store credit.... 18 months after purchase our microwave went out on us. It took 2 weeks to hear back from repair center. They said they fixed it. Mailed it back to store. We got to store and they told us nothing was wrong w/ it. Mind you, a bag of popcorn would be in there for 10 minutes and no kernels would pop. You put in a cup of water to heat for tea or reheat food, lukewarm at best. We refused pick up and told them to put water in there for 4 minutes. Water still cold. We told them they needed to send it back to get fixed and this whole ordeal was ridiculous considering the fact the warranty was advertised as in store credit right away. Microwave was sent back, had to wait another 2 weeks and by that point it was a month with no microwave. Worker told us to buy a microwave and just return it when ours is fixed . OMG? Waste of more time and money. So then I get an email and they tell me it can't be fixed and it's junk(like I stated in the very beginning of this ordeal). So no, I do not recommend geek squad. We will no longer buy any appliance or electronics from best buy again. We have spent thousands here and the customer service we got at our local store was horrendous and just for that we will try to stay as far away from best buy as possible.

I replace the second headset without any problems.

Purchased the plan for an xbox wireless headset. The sockets gave out and returned them for a replacement. Purchased the plan for 2 more years of protection.

Good service, would much rather have it than not. Gives good peace of mind when purchasing a product. The service is speedy and efficient.

Great product but definitely get the extra protection. The controller starts moving without touching the thumb stick after a while of use.

If you are loking for a headset for the ps5 these are not the best option i eould recommend the inzones over all for ps5 these are goodnif you like plaing solo games

Pretty good initially, nothing top quality but adequate for awhile to get the job done. Unfortunately the usb cable has been shorting out on me lately and losing power to the controller.

I recommend getting the warranty because you never know what might go wrong

The squad is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I know that whenever something goes wrong I can always count on them to fix it or figure it out.

Great sound quality the only complaint I have is they are not the most comfortable headset I’ve owned.

You just never know when an accident will happen, so it's nice to have it covered.

I’ve called him on the phone and spoke with them I’ve always get an answer and he came into the store figured out things are all online cannot be found

Didn’t get to use because I returned the product I used it for. I would buy it again to protect my items. Not bad for price for 2 years
