Very good I was incredibly impressed with this product. Words can not describe the beauty and practicality. I love it!

The protection plan is a must have. My son wears down his controllers way to often. With this plan, we can just go to Best Buy and tell them of the problem and we can go get another comtroller. This is especially important if you buy a controller just for looks but it plays like poo. Make sure to renew after you get the new controller.

I love the we something i purchase doesn't work. I can just get it repaired thru the insurance and its a very easy transitions
