I have been choosing Best Buy services for a long time and using all the that they have offered me. I am honestly very grateful for the service and good treatment they always offer me.

I haven't had to use the replacement plan, but always get them because the price is great!

[Employee of bestbuy] Product replacement plan has always been worth it for me, worst case I never have to use it but best case if something happens ive alwaya gotten a replacement product without any hassle.

It’s nice having piece of mind when your product breaks and they are able to replace it at no extra cost.

This is the best set ever. I stead of a blender and having extra the cup makes portion control so easy. No blender in the fridge to use the rest. The ninja cups make perfect size in a minute. Only have to wash the cup. It takes a minute to chop juat about anything. And put away use it everyday. Great for smoothies and chopping

Who knows thunder struck or electricity circuit malfunction causes ps5 to sleep forever?

Geek squad helped me find what I needed and guided me to the proper area of search and helped me find a replacement remote and repaired my headset

I really appreciate our cashier that day for offering the warranty because with out it , I would of gotten a new headset due to my dog destroying my most recent one

These guys are great the are fast working and get your curbside order done quick thank you guys for the hard work

Not too expensive for being able to replace something that may last iust over a year.

Overall great experience If my coffee maker goes bad I can just get it replaced

These controllers take a beating around here! When I was offered the extended warranty, I jumped at the chance! It isn't that I think the controller would fail, but I WAS CERTAIN that the controller will fail! The geek squad promise is a real value to the gamers and their friends!!

Honestly, when it comes to geek squad, they’re an amazing company and if you don’t have this policy already, you should invest save yourself some money

This is essential on all my Best Buy products. For a few extra bucks, you get a plan that last years past the manufacturer warranty and Best Best keeps all the documents for you. Dope deal!!!!
