I’ve run into some technical issues with headsets in the past and this is a lifesaver, I can not encourage people enough to get this.

I always recommend the warranty on anything that has moving parts

the best thing you will ever buy , true warranty with no question ask unless they got to fix it. but the great part its always in store no third party love this warranty only buy it at best buy

Thankfully I haven’t had to use the service, but I do see that the warranty is still active after almost two full years

How can you not love Geek Squads product replacement plan. I mean, you NEED to get this on all your products that you buy from Best Buy. I don’t care if you’re buying a 1500$ 4k tv and the plan cost 300$ extra. BUY IT!

The Geek Squad has been easy to work with and saved me $ on replacing some items that stopped working. They are excellent.

Love this blender brushes ice into snow, smoothies everything you can think of it handles it easily.

Call them when I need someone to help me. Also they are very patient.

Controller broke and they replaced it for me with a brand new one no questions asked.

Bought for my son's 3rd XBox "Elite" controller. The other two stopped working making the $60 protection plan not only necessary but also basically part of the "cost" of the controller. Hopefully, the 3rd time's the charm!?! When an item is still under warranty, you shouldn't have to buy a new protection plan when the item is replaced.

Good to have just in case specially when your spending money on electronics . Most of the time you don't need it but its good to have it just incase specially on more expensive items
