I'm indifferent I've never done the protection plan and I've never needed to use it before but with how much vibration and feedback there are in the controller I figured it was worth getting.

Glad i paid for this I got a new xbox elite remote after I started to get stick drift.

I love geek squad. Very helpful in helping fix or replace my items! I always get the extended warranty on my hardware!

Good to have just in case specially when your spending money on electronics . Most of the time you don't need it but its good to have it just incase specially on more expensive items

Protection plans I feel are essential. That's why I just bought TotalTech to get up to two year free protection plans on everything I buy including gifts

Haven't had to use it yet this product but I have used geek squad in the past and I am confident that they will do an excellent job if the need of their services arise in the future

I purchased this for my boyfriend and he love it. If anything goes wrong he will be able to get it fixed

As a best buy customer i will always make sure to get geek squad they handle with care and if they will replace item if they cant fix it

This protection plan always comes in handy as some of the Sony items have been messing up lately.
