Best protection out there. No questions asked other then the reason for returning the item. I highly recommend the protection. My kids have broken their controllers many times and its better to pay 30 over 75 every time.

Loved it until the A button started failing and the right thumb stick pops up and down way too much now. The left doesn't have play like that. Started constantly disconnecting while playing that lead to many deaths in game and only had it for a short time. Recommend getting the 2 year accidental insurance.

This comes in very handy with the ps5 controller since the controller WILL have stick issues within 2 years. Because of the protection, replacing the controller costs less
