I just love the fact that all my items are protected and will be replaced for a little fee. Xbox controllers mess up a lot, with this I get a next controller every time they break for $50. Gamers don’t miss the opportunity……

But when you do have to use it... oh my goodness are you so glad you did. Truly zero questions asked (besides the typical “what’s wrong with it” and such) and just gave me store credit to get same item or a different item of my choosing. I now buy their protection with all of my big purchases knowing that Best Buy has my back.
