Always feels good to have protection over purchases that can break

Headset stopped working only a couple months of use. Good thing i purchased the geek squad replacement plan! Brought back to best buy and was able to get a new headset, super easy! Thank you!

I’ve had the pulse earbud for almost a year now. The sound quality is great thanks to the recent updates on the PS5 where you can adjust the settings on the Pulse Explore. Good for gaming and for those who does not like the headphones where it gets hot in the ear and heavy on the head after hours and hours of game time. It’s almost perfect except for the connection issue where it randomly disconnects fromt he console.

Best buy is the best for gaming needs and the geek squad is always there to help with everything

Used it to replace my controller that ended up with stick drift and sticky button and disconnected problems but they replaced it with no worries and gave me a new 1

What is this item it does not state what it is I am slightly confused it justbhas a picture of random black shapes like a blender maybe a coffee pot I am notnsure what they represent

I've gone through three Xbox controllers in the past 2 years. Get a warranty.

This is the second extended warranty for a gaming headset I have purchased. My prior review is below. I bought the extended warranty for a Xbox gaming head set for my niece. With the hit or miss reviews as to reliability, I purchased the extended warranty. Sure enough, after about 6 months it was a miss. The physical quality of the headset was fine but the electronics for the mic failed. I exchanged the headset under this warranty and got a different, more expensive headset for my niece. The new headset was very well reviewed, Turtle Beach, but I purchased an extended warranty for it as well.

Not available returned 3 times already, do not recommend

The agents were wonderful. Completely respectful of my home. I accually left them inside the house so i could finish working on my brothers truck. 2 year warranty is often overlooked but with the ease of checking all purchases for years on the best buy app it is extremely worth the price

Geek squad protection is why I choose Best Buy. I sure expensive items and in my 8 years using it I’ve never had any issues claiming a return for faulty or sub par items.

Very helpful in a timely manner and great customer service. They help with any issues i had and fixed them i do use them when i go in and take there advice.

The best headset quality for the playstation, has many functions and i can adapt it to my liking. For me its been very durable and very reliable. Its been my go to headphones everyday. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reasonable price and good headphones.

I am extremely satisfied with the warranty i purchased i come when broken or not working properly get a new product no questions asked and i buy a new warranty on top of that
