Best way to get a new controller for when it eventually dies out without paying full price for a new one each time

I've gone through three Xbox controllers in the past 2 years. Get a warranty.

Nobody knows how long a new product will perform after trying out all the options. Being new doesn’t guarantee it performs correctly. The Geek Squad warranty saved me when I started having issues a year later. Having this warranty made me able to have my product replaced with no hassles by the Geek Squad. I recommend purchasing a warranty it pays for itself and more if your product fails.

Purchased with my PS5 controller. The controllers haven’t been as great with this system as previous PS systems and BB has decent warranties.

[Employee of bestbuy] this headset is amazing! good audio quality and great mic. zero distortion. the wireless adapter uses usb-c but the headset comes w a usb to usb-c dongle so you can connect it to your xbox. The headset also has Bluetooth so you can connect it to your phone and listen to music.

What I love about geese squad supporting protection is a simple factor of the simplicity behind going into any store having them pull up your account and they can assist you with whatever your needs are!

Happy to have it in case I need to have something replaced.

Overall I like the product but the mouse feels a little too small for my hand.

Is always good to have protection in case is need it! So far we have an amaizing experience using this item. Is a very convenient for our household since we have a busy life.

My product portion of the transaction was refunded when I brought my damaged or worn-out headphones to Best Buy. My son uses these headphones almost every day.

So glad to have added the accidental coverage. It saved me $250 in this case. The controller it was tied to stopped responding to trigger fires fully.

Being able to get my controller replaced is amazing. PS5 controllers quickly get stick drift now days, this one doing so within a very short time frame. Was thankfully able to get another one with a smaller payment as opposed to having to pay full price.
