With Geek Squad sometimes you get wonderful service, sometimes not. When you call to set up the appointment that is mostly a horrible experience. Getting a good agent to service your equipment is mostly great. I recommend this because without it you have nothing.

I would not purchase a set of headphones, mouse, printer, or any other product with out it!
