Works perfectly. Used for work so it can take some abuse. No need for geek squad yet but the insurance is a comfortable feeling.

This was a great standby keyboard and mouse. However, replacing batteries was getting to be a pain. For the price, it was ideal.

Service could be faster was waiting in line for about 6-8 minutes till I could have anyone help me and I was in the front of the line.

Good deal if you ask me since stuff can break randomly.

Small and compact. Nice lighting that stays on while in rest mode.

I love it and it works perfectly as a replacement for the work keyboard that finally died. We went in and were told that Best Buy has an old tech buy buck policy so we plan to take advantage of that the next time its offered so we can upgrade the rest of our old computer equipment.

I always get the Geek Squad Warrenty. They are fast and hassle-free with all their promises! Plus IF an accident happens, which they do, you are covered!

Hardly ever have used a protection plan from Best Buy but when I have they stand by what they say. Hassle free replacement and even gives an option to repurchase another warranty. I buy these plans for everything I get from Best Buy.

They don't mess around. You buy that 2 year protection plan, you bring it to the store and they instantly give you credit. AND you dont have to rebuy the plan, its still in effect. AND you can tie it to your phone number or an email and then you dont need a receipt. I do it on everything I buy there now. I also buy more there so I have a local store and dont have to deal with RMAs

Had them for about two years but mic started not working turn them and and fast they gave me redund the only thing that sucks i got them for 149 amd they gave me only 99 cuz thats how much they were worth when i returned them

I brought the Corsair headset for them to fix it and they decided that it needed to be replaced, they don’t have anymore of that product so we went looking for another gaming headset and found one. The staff were very helpful and very nice. They made my experience so much easier.
