If your item is eligible for it, get it. Replacing a pair of headphones was stress free and all my protection plan info. could be looked up without my receipt.

Ears are comfortable, especially if your one with larger ears and looking for something light on them. Volume adjustment is great, allows for full control. Steelseries app also makes it easy to control and customize your headset to your liking.

I haven't had to use them for anything else yet, but I don't have any complaints with the service I received.
