I liked this store. The staff was really nice and attentive towards what I was doing.

If you're looking for a good keyboard + mouse this is the one its nothing flashy but it gets the job done.

This is a great purchase. I can call anytime and get help, or drop off my computer or they can come to the house. Super for a non electronic person like me.

Haven’t used this yet but I’m pretty sure with my 3 year olds who likes to break everything I’m going to have to replace the headphones at least once in 2 years.

Good to know that I am able to take in my item if any accidents where to occur from the purchase date to the 2 year period gives me peace of mind. I have had this protection service in the past and from what I can recall the geek squad team was always very helpful.

The agents changed my broken apex pro tkl, and gave me a new one in perfect condition

I overwork my wrists and this mouse is fantastic for reducing wrist strain. wish I'd bought one much earlier!!

Alway pick up the geek squad warranty for any item that you use regularly. When it breaks just return to the store for the product replacement. Simple as that.

I have not needed it. I received the email for it pretty quick, within a couple days I would say. I hope I don’t need it but glad that I have it just in case I do.
