I’m only here so I get my Best Buy points. But I know Best Buy and geek squad have a good replacement policy so yeah.

Great keyboard my son use it to play on the computer a lot nice design

Basic in appearance but lights up which is cool, haven't had any problems, so i haven't had to use the replacement.

Not too sure about the support backing this service because, although I've purchased it, I've never had to use it on any products to date. Thx

Replacement plans are iron clad, never had an issue getting my money back. You don't even need original packaging, or accessories just the main item.

key board is exactly as described. I like the setup on the different colors for the lighting back ground and is easy on the eyes

I don’t know what the usefulness of this is, but I’ll let you know in two years. It certainly will be giving me peace of mind in the meantime.
