We always buy the insurance, even though Geek Squad is in store, I've had the out to our home on many occasions and they are definitely worth the price!

The headset is a good brand but over time the mic doesn’t work and it ends up not being able to mute or anything be gentle with the Bluetooth connector because it may bend in half

Every time something has broken I was able to bring it in and get a replacement with no problems. Other stores sometimes make it a complicated process, but since they pretty much cover everything you don't really have to worry.

Jesse and Dom set up my 3-camera Eufy security system plus 2 WiFi signal boosters. They were professional, personable, and thorough. I never felt as if they were in a rush to get on to the next job; they are patient and answered all my questions and offered practical advice on how to get the most out of my batteries and camera placement. I haven’t had any issues with geek squad ever. They’re usually really helpful with what I need, and if the product isn’t repairable they’ll give you a gift card for the value of the item.

The customer service was awesome. I got the protection plan for my headset and after almost two year, my headset broke and it was replaced for a new one. I totally recommend the plans offered with your purchase.

Definitely worth the extra cost! I previously bought Microsoft's Wireless Desktop 850 Mouse/Keyboard combo and both failed due to poor quality within 6 mos. of purchase. If I had paid for this warranty, Best Buy would have replaced at no extra cost. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase that warranty for the 850, so I had to buy a new mouse and keyboard. I now have new equipment, both Logitech, and I have them both protected with this warranty!

Always great to have extra warranty. Products will eventually wear down and you will need protection past the manufacturer warranty

Replacement of gaming keyboard was a breeze once we survived the poorly designed navigation of the automated website and phone systems. The representatives were courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful while we worked out what to do since the keyboard we wanted was no longer available.
