I’m not sure about this because i havent Needed to use it but usually Best Buy is great with replacing things

You don't need a warranty like this on a inexpensive device like this, but I was talked into it.

I recently bought a 48" OLED TV (and a UPS to protect it, as I mentioned in another review), and I elected to add this coverage as a final layer of security. This review is really about the sales experience. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable—they didn't use high-pressure tactics or make me feel "pushed." Instead, they provided the information I needed to make an informed decision for my specific setup. While I hope I never actually have to use the plan, I walked out feeling confident in my purchase rather than sold to. Shout out to the Augusta team for making the process so painless!

As always, my experience at Best Buy was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and helped me choose the best option without any pressure. The store truly gives you confidence with every purchase. I haven’t needed to use the protection yet (and hopefully I won’t), but it’s reassuring to know I’m covered by such a reliable retailer. Highly recommended.
