I have purchased this service on every item I have purchase at Best Buy. Well worth the money. My grandson's new tv started having pixel issues after about 5 months. They came out and looked at it. Brought him a new one and set it up.

The keyboard is so cool, I touch it and the keyboard turn on light of leds inside to see easy in the dark the letters is so great

The protection plan has never disappointed me when I needed it. If your item is eligible for it, get it. Replacing a pair of headphones was stress free and all my protection plan info. could be looked up without my receipt.

Headphones had a huge issue and I was helping immediately in store and got them replaced in as little as a few days. Service was amasing

That’s all, just got a new keyboard on the spot when the dongle was fading out. Could’ve been the keyboard or the dongle, but the value of the trade in let me get a solid alternative in store

This was a great buy. The original jeuboard afyer several months needed replacement. Definately got our monies worth from buying it.

I had Geek Squad come out to deliver and install two TVs. They were very professional and finished in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again in the future to help install additional purchases.
