I've never had to use this yet so, I hope it's good. Given that I got this for a purchase for my daughter, who is accident prone, I hope it lives up to what they claim. Will update if needed.

its a really good headphone but the mic is meh and after a year the right side has stopped working

Singal range is a lie and very weak on the keyboard but mouse us great , i have used new brand name batteries

Their warranty is ridiculous. I want a replacement for the item I just brought in. Not money back for an item that I’ll get the money in a few days AS A CREDIT. Which basically would leave me without said item or be forced to spend additional money with them…

This was a waste of money in my opinion for what I bought it for, which were gaming headphones. Maybe for a phone or something more expensive it would be worth it.

I had two pairs of this headset. Both have broken near the top. Otherwise, it is a great headset. Just buy the Accidental Geek Squad Replacement plan if you really want them.

really good headset, only issue is after a couple of hours using it it’ll make like a air blowing sound

Haven't used it yet but the value seems good. If I have to use it and it goes well I will update this.

I wouldn’t recommend the skateboard it didn’t last long the key started sticking and breaking I would go with something a little bit more expensive but for starters I guess it would work

Good keyboard does need some better quality on it.

Had problems with comp. and screen which was fixed at the store. Also the mouse broke months ago and one was supposed to be ordered. But he also just had 6 keys go out on his keyboard. The person I spoke with at the store the day I purchased the hdmi cord for the comp. was going to order the mouse. And my son told me that evening his keyboard wasn’t working either. I would like to get the day I can get the mouse and get a keyboard replaced. Both are under warranty. Thank you, Tammy Walker 9362087712

Great keyboard but feels cheap compared to other boards. Switches are great though. Fast and great for not gaming and any other work

I wished I'd known how inconvenient having a tablet and separate keyboard would be. I now know I'd prefer a small lsptop as opposed to this purchase. But i see now it's non returnable. So I'm stuck with it.

Really hope i don't have to use it because they entered the sku code as the serial number. Still not sure if they properly corrected it. So will it be an issue if the time comes???

Was working well for 2 months. Then headpiece broke.

Eh okay keyboard and mouse. Ended up getting different mouse as this was uncomfortable. But its affordable.

It was worth the hassle it saved me. A few bucks well invested.

I have this coverage and so far I have not needed it, but it is nice knowing I have it.
