Junk. Only lasted 1.5 months. Kept saying it couldn't read the USB. Tried other USB and no issues. Had to go buy another one today and it def wasn't this brand. They only give you like 30 days to return when purchasing online so I had to trash it.

In less than 1 hour of my initial use, I've lost all my saved data, about 300GB. This WD - Easystore 2TB became nonoperational and couldn't even be reformatted!

Worked well for 3 months or so. Western Digital did replace a HD (which didn’t fix it). Emailed them back to try to fix things - no response.

Did not work, had to return. 1. Has this squeaky noise when turned on 2. Software is not going to be installed unless "agree" to share info 3. Did not record any files. Just kept popping up "Error" message that files can't be written (I had mostly jpeg and pdf)

Way too sensitive. Very prone to errors. Im not playing around this keyboard is way too sensitive. If you barely touch the key it will register it gets very annoying no matter how good of a typer you are.

this item right here item never came through and it sad a million-dollar company can't do anything believe this is a scam

Very disappointed, I haven't even had it a year and the mouse has gone out. I am so frustrated because I have only been using a little while.

Bought on November 29th, 2022. Suddenly stopped working on February1, 2023. very disappointed. I don't do reviews, Just warning people. These are junk.

This keyboard is terrible, every time I try using it turns off and I have tried fixing it but nothing works

Best buy sent me a refurb when I ordered a new one. Box was visibly opened previously.

Made an appointment for battery replacement 3 days ago, and then they told me they have no parts, but not before they took off and broke my screen protector, disappointed

Dead in 10 months on a NAS media server. The 4TB Passport drive still working after a year. This one started slowing down and finally gave an IO error during an NTFS reformat. RIP

the extenders broke 3 weeks after use. I tried to fix them with superglue but nothing else. if you got a big head don't buy this. Save your 50 bucks for something sturdier.

Complete waste of money. Started malfunction in 2 weeks and stopped working in 2 months. Also the scroll wheel is stiff and slippery.

Not reliable. Very soon after purchase the computer has not been able to recognize the disc. Yu have to try several times and be lucky.... Not god

mic will randomly stop working, no matter how much you baby it, don't fall into the trap of this headset it will fail you in the end

ordered 4 for my NAS. 2 are DOA. WHAT MORE NEEDS TO BE SAID.

I had GSP and this thing dies 2 years and two weeks after I bought it. It was fine until it wasn't.

Only used one month and the scroll already stops working. Disappointed.
