This has been a life saver. When my son broke his last head set. He had 2 months left on his warranty. The crew at Howard close to McCormick totally got me set up and we’re very professional.

No issues returning defective units ever. I have returned things that usually fail within the 2 year window, so no complaints.

My son recently purchased a keyboard, and I bought the warranty for it. A few months in the keyboard simply stopped working. We took it to Best Buy and they gave us store credit to get a new one. It was so easy and quick! Thank you for your help!

Great product I would most definitely purchase again

Bought this to support my daughter heading off to college. Hadn't had to use it yet, but it's nice knowing if we do, you guys are there. Gives Dad a piece of mind.

They usually know exactly what is required and execute. Can’t complain. Other than the warranty being so short lol!

Cant go wrong with a cheap outright replacement warranty, basically a return window extension

Its a really great keyboard. Especially if your system has the Corsair virus. The keys are responsive and clicky without annoying everyone around you. i actually took this to work and use a 65% for gaming.

I really love my ssd card. Its fast and very efficient at loading up games on my ps5. The installation was so simple. The price was fairly marked and i have no complains. Will rate a 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family

Replaced my broken headset in a timely manner. Offered credit towards another headset in value of what I paid for them. Definitely worth the purchase. Got geek squad on my new headset as well.

Low profile makes for easy use even without a wrist rest. The G hub software is easy and straightforward. The ability to save a memory profile means you can turn the software off but the keyboard keeps your settings. The linear key switches are just what I was looking for. Not to loud and easy to press for fps games. Happy to find something with dedicated media control. All around amazing keyboard.

Really good product no complaints. Have had for 2+ years no issues have arose so far.

Finally i rest for my carpial tunnel. And the long hours bending myself to reach the keyboard.
