The service of the Geek Squad members was excellent. They were on time, performed the installation exactly as I desired, made sure that I was comfortable with the unit, and cleaned up after themselves.

Not many problems with this one as I did reach out to the Geek Squad for an answer I needed to be concrete with.

For the most part, the keyboard is alright. It gets the job at the end of the day. There are are probably other products that prove to be better but for now, this one shall suffice.

This is by far my favorite keyboard i have ever had. The keys are at just the right height and they are extremely comfortable. I cannot complain.

Love the safety and security provided by accidental replacement coverage. Added this to my Razer Blackwidow keyboard since I hammer away on my keyboard for work and gaming. Hope I don't need it but appreciate the peace of mind if I do.

Great quality headset. Ears are comfortable, especially if your one with larger ears and looking for something light on them. Volume adjustment is great, allows for full control. Steelseries app also makes it easy to control and customize your headset to your liking.

These replacement plans are really good and no hassle, these keyboards aren’t made to last thank god they have these plans otherwise I wouldn’t even purchase some of these new brands
