The agents are readily available and I know this because I used it for my Air Fryer that gave up on me and they happily replaced it for me since it was unfixable.

Geek squad has been a savior when it comes to my younger child's tablet. If it was not repairable geek squad did not try and sale me but offered to replace his tablet with a small up fee. Which was better than paying for a complete new one

I am a big fan of Geek Squad warranties! I have been using them for years and will continue to! I have yet to be disappointed by the quality and results of using them! If they can’t fix the problem then they replace the product with the same product if it’s available or with another product if not! They make it so easy and painless!

The Best Espresso Machine Ever! Fully automatic, easy to use and makes a perfect cafe latte! Very easy to use and love the self cleaning system. Totally recommend this machine. My previous Delonghi espresso machine worked for 26 years. They make great products and Best Buy had the best price.

Bought for an oven roaster which broke about a year after purchase for no reason, just suddenly stopped working and was able to get a full refund, the prices went up so it was hard to get similar priced oven but refund is better than nothing

Getting a 2-year warranty for this price was amazing. I hope I don't need to use it but I feel so much better about my purchase because I have it. I used it for a cooking appliance because, unlike a computer or phone, it's very basic it usually just needs to heat and will not receive software updates. It just makes sense to buy the warranty.
