Geek squad sucks. Did a horrible job on our tv and no one cared enough to call

It broke on handle not even 5mins out of box. So i went and got a different one

Have not used this product not really needed did not keep item.

I absolutely loved it up until the safety recalls.

They don't keep their promise to fix things, they are liars.

Life saving service! Well more so money. I have gone through a lot of high end hairdryer being a stylist and if it wasn’t from this warranty I would be out a lot more money. I never get the warranty but I will always get accidental coverage! Get the warranty!

I went with the 2-year protection. I honestly wish it was 4 years, but it’s still worth having for the peace of mind. Better to stay protected than risk it!

Good for peace of mind. Had to return a broken item and all I did was show up and give it to them and they sent a new replacement a few days later.

So worth the cost when I got a new air fryer. Used it daily and one day it just wouldn’t work. Best Buy honored the warranty with no hassle and promptly replaced my item. I purchased the warranty again for the new one. Well worth the cost to protect a more expensive item.

Really glad I added the Geek Squad Protection Plan. Stuff happens, and it’s nice not having to worry about repair costs or headaches if something goes wrong. The process is easy, the staff is helpful, and the peace of mind is totally worth it. Would definitely recommend.
