I very love Geek Squad from Best Buy that why I always add on the service to most of my purchase. They are very professional service and so convinient if your product has problem.

The guys and gals at geek squad seem to know what they are talking about whennit comes to computerss. The only thing i can sah ive had an issue with is how long it takes for them to get so.ething done and back to you. Its been over a month and i still dont have my pioneer amp back if it was that bad it would take this long then they should of given me a new one.

This is the one extended warranty that we've had that has been simple to use. We had one machine fail, brought it in, they replaced it. Will definitely get for complex or pricey equipment.

Great protection plan. Was able to get a new one from an old one that broke.

I don't always buy Geek Squad replacement contracts based on what technology I'm getting and expected lifespan. In this case, I think the price is great insurance against any issues down the road.
