Best buy products are high quality products you will use for a long time

Service reps listened to my concerns regarding my air fryer and that I wanted to return it. I had warranty with Geek Squad and I received a gift card. Very respectful and courteous.

I always buy the insurance from geek squad, once I broke my device and they fixed it, then it broke again and I got a refurbished one then another product was discontinued so I still got the credit of the original value even almost two years later.

I love my Keurig mini coffee maker! I am so glad that there is a warranty. This 2 year feel squad deal is great! I am so glad that my purchased has a back up! I haven't used it yet , but it's so nice to have just in case anything needs to be replaced. Thanks Best Buy !

The Geek Squad Warranty has saved me on 2 occasions recently on products that were both over a year old. Both being video game consoles and accessories. These get played hard and the warranty paid for itself when a problem happened. Glad I purchased it. No surprises.

Geek squad is good to have when you have a product that needs repair from accidents and other reasons. I bought a laptop from best buy and when the screen crack and I could no longer swipe my touch screen. Guess what? GEEK SQUAD fixed it and I was back in business. Geek Squad is a great investment.

Geek Squad Protection is a really great service/protection plan. You have the peace of mind that all your products purchased at Best Buy are either repaired or replaced.

Any "big" purchase or what I would consider something that could possibly "fail" during its service use, I always purchase Best Buy's Geek Squad Replacement warranty. I've used this warranty several times on my several of my products covered by it and never had any issues...I highly recommend it.

It is good to have a guarantee that supports your purchase against any inconvenience. Factory guarantees are late and in many cases do not apply.

Things break from time to time or just do not make the grade with workmanship. In times of need it is always a great choice to get the Geek Squad service. Love it. Very portable. I have the pro 2 as well, I leave that at home. . This go 2 is for me to take on trips or when I leave the house for the day on hikes.

This product is excellent. Its large and looks beautiful. It cooks perfectly. It cooks your meats, veggies and sea food perfectly. The beats otjer more expensive than this. Highly recomended.

While I haven’t had to utilize the warranty yet, the other devices I have had warranties on with Geek Squad have always been honored. In fact, this warranty is being added to a printer that was replaced under a warranty - no problems. While HP had quit making our model, we upgraded for a few dollars more.
