Been helpful as best as they can. I’ve had hiccups here and there where they couldn’t fix my laptop in the past, even though I made multiple trips, they ended up replacing it completely for me. Downside was probably me having to pay a difference.

This is a requirement forbme when i buy any electronic device or appliance. The customer service is quick the schedule for appliance breakdowns, repairs are done correctly & the initial cost is fair.

This is probably one of the best warranties. I have never had a problem with them and if I did it was taken care of. I had a warranty from NFM and went through allot of problems. They did not help or care.

I've always purchased Geek Squad protection for all my electronics and they've always been great! No hassles. Took my nieces Amazon tablet back because her screen cracked and they gave me a new one right off the shelf!

The geek squad make sure its done right the first time. The only suggestion I would make would be if you are using them to connect your home theater then make sure premium connections are used.
