This warranty paid off. When our indoor grill arrived defective local Best Buy was friendly and helpful and refunded the warranty and the item.

I recommend a geek squad because you never know when you will need it.

Many people complain and give it a bad rating but we when we have had to use it, have never had any complaints from best buy nor Geek Squad.

I always buy the warranty cause you never know and Bestbuy actually always respects it and never give you a hard time with it!!.

Best buy has always been good with me when my product messes up. They either replace it or I'll exchange it for something better. Just pay the price difference
