THEY TRY TO GET YOU TO GO THRU MANUFACTURER WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH THE DAMAGE IS ACCIDENTAL. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND DON'T PROVIDE SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PROTECTION PLAN AGAIN FROM BEST BUY

Stopped working within 2 weeks, will not get a replacement

Got to get replacement already bought it for a mother's day present.

This was a bad purchase. I bought a 2 year warranty for a device that Geek Squad didn't repair - they didn't know what it was. When I took it in, they did no more than I did and started to replace it. They reissued me a new one, and then asked if I wanted to purchase the 2-year warranty again - I asked why? I mean I had it for 26 total days. I was told once it's used once, the whole warranty is done. So what's the point? I called the manufacturer, sent a picture, they explained what geek squad didn't do - and there was nothing wrong with my product.

It’s an alright espresso machine, if you are completely brand new and never tried coffee before this would for you. However if you ah r tried coffee before I don’t recommend this. You have to manually stop your shots which is super annoying, it’s doesn’t have clear Instructions on how much coffee to use. I tried it for a week and tried different coffee blends and amounts of coffee and still only got watery tasting coffee shots. It doesn’t come with a steaming pitcher or shot glasses which was annoying.

Process for replacement for small appliance is very cumbersome. My rice cooker broke and to contact customer service to process a replacement was a hassle. It would be worth me buying the product than investing time to give all details to customer service. I had to speak to 2-3 different people just to schedule a repair appointment.

My Original Power XL Smokeless grill was great my 1st few months. I then noticed that my kitchen was getting Smokey & the grill seemed not to be performing like it was suppose to. My grill started to overheat after being on for 15 minutes. I was glad I purchased the warranty because I was out of the exchange period. I have been unable to get my 2 year protection plan (pdf) on line or talking with geek squad since 4-11-22 so I want to cancel this service and I do not want a gift card I want credit to my card in full ($14.32) I was disconnected twice by Geek Squad --Poor service

just found out I can't renew a service contract. Why mess with one at all if you can't continue to carry a protection plan. Thelast couple of days I've had nothing but trouble getting help with another product. If this is what I have to look forward to, I'll start shopping somewhere else

Sometimes one ear goes out, not too loud, no outside noise reduction which is very sad, chesp quality

Most of the devices come with a one to two year warranty so this is a waste

Replacement plan did not cover replacement of product. Out over $200 more for a “newer” model Dyson. Will not buy another Dyson from Best Buy. First time using warranty and it was useless. Not worth the money or hassle.

I am very frustrated with Best Buy. I bought 3 Dyson air purifiers last December and was not notified that they had been recalled due to a fire hazard. The store manager said I had to return it through Dyson. Dyson says I have to return it through Best Buy.

For the service I won't renew! The service techs don't repair Apple products that well-I had to return twice with the same product for repair and it is still not fixed.

not the best warranty cuz you need to make an appointment to take it in. its not like ppl know when so.ething will break.

It did well for almost a year. Just recently stopped working.
