Received a used one instead of new which angered me for taking a trip to the store to return it and I needed one before a party. The plastics on the main frame body were melted at certain parts. And part of the metal were deformed with what seemed like white glue over it to keep in place. The main frame seemed to be scrubbed with metal sponge as there were scratch marks all over. The ceramic plate itself looked fine. However, for paying full price, I am unsatisfied. Whoever returned this should have mentioned that it was already used and a fire hazard.

I am very thankful with Best Buy because every time I have an issue with any purchase there not questions ask I return and exchange for something else.

I had returned a previous item and canceled out the insurance on it.but bought another item the same day with the insurance for geek squad but I dnt see it on my order I do see were I paid for it but it doesn't show that I have it .how do I get the new insurance to show up on my account ?...mrs cruz

I have used Geek Squad for multiple items I have ordered in the past. But I Should've used this for a better and more improved air purifier. I wish they had something for filter replacements. Im going to have to go through the manufacturer LEVOIT for those filters that are ok in price.

If you buy stuff from BestBuy often like I do, remember they offer awesome protection for your devices and in house service for big entertainment device. Geek Squad also replaces my personal home theater planners. They installed my TV and the Sonos soundbar in a no-show wire environment, very pleased.

Got this for my Xbox Elite 2 Controller. Best warranty you can get for it. Costs you what it would cost to buy a new standard controller every two years. Easy replacement.

I would definitely recommend to purchase the replacement protection plan, now that I have purchased several items from Best Buy I have notice how by having peace of mind it allows me to enjoy more of the things I buy and worry less on the what if’s.

I always pay more to buy these geek squad warranties. I probably make use out of 75% of them so They generally pay off and are so simple to use. You bring device to store, tell them what’s wrong and then they check if there’s a replacement. If there isn’t, you get the full price paid back.

Any kind of item that I get that has a lot of moving parts or has a high likelihood of wear and tear I always get the awesome protection! Super easy to exchange and get a new on or get your money back! Btw you only get the amount back that you paid for! If it’s on sale you’ll only get what you paid for it?

I've learned the hard way to get this coverage. This covers accidents and the cost is based on the item that you buy so its not an outrageous extra fee to get this worry free protection. If it breaks just take it in to get it fixed or they will replace it. What more could you ask for?

The geek squad service is a must. It gives me such ease of mind knowing that if something is wrong I can get it fixed by knowledgeable people.

You never know when you will need the service and I'm glad that I purchased it just in case

With their protection plan all you gotta do is return the pieces lol. Its the bext protection plan. 10/10.

We really like it. This is a very versatile appliance. Really great for making toast, baking a pizza, chicken wings, etc. It also flips up to free up counter space. Also much more energy efficient than heating up a large oven.
