Protection plan for the machine just in case. Did not pay much so just in case the machine has issues in the first two years.

Great service. Thats why we buy from Best Buy. Had to use replacement service on a coffee pot, they swapped it out immediately.

Accidents happen and having protection plan definitely worth the cost which is really low compared to other companies protection plans which can cost double and not cover what Best Buy does

GSP is a good investment for your electronics. I purchase this on my razor. You never know it you draw a problem device and it's nice to have the protection to exchange your device with a new 9ne or a different brand. Best buy is there for your peace of mind.

I rated this product 4 stars because the item work well on natural / permed thick hair, but not so well on synthetic wigs. The temperature get hot really fast, but the smell it leaves behind is not so pleasant - it smells like burnt plastic.

Service it top notch and any issue as long as you are covered they cover. It has saved me from loosing my money on a TV 4K and I am so happy about that

I love this pot. I bought two of them. It can be used as a slow cooker or pressure cooker and many other functions. However one of the pots when I was using it as a pressure cooker, unfortunately the seal inside is not 100% firm so that the steam was leaking which led to the pot can't accumulate enough pressure so can't be used as a pressure cooker. I tried my second pot which worked just fine. So I returned one pot.
