I always buy the protection plans. Best Buy makes it easy by either swapping the device out in store or sending it to their service center. On large items (appliances and TVs) they will often come to your home and either fix or replace the item.

Excellent value for the money. I have yet to use the service, but it gives me a peace of mind to know that I don't have to worry about the product failing on me.

Straightforward and friendly, and usually easier to get into than other shops. Sometimes other places can do more custom upgrades when they do repairs, but here you always know what you get and with a guarantee. What else is there to say.

I tried getting this warranty, and it seems good for the price. The agreement terms need to stay worry-free, and I might start buying it for my big purchases. It's worthwhile to have it if you ever need it.

I purchased this product for the Cuisinart - Elemental 2-Speed Food Processor. I purchased the warranty. Reviews indicated a possible problem with plastic motor parts.

Does everything almost, very high quality made, a bit loud, but it has 3 zones, so kinda has to make some noise. Well worth it though!

Don’t want to sound like a broken record. But Best Buy warranty and protection plan are hassle free and are the best. Never had a problem. And returned my fair share no problems.

With four kids and the way things are made now a days we get it on everything. Super easy to get work done or get product replaced, if the purchase is in the physical building. Online orders are handled differently.

I really believe it’s best to get protection. They are really great on answering all my questions and replacing it!
