I have bought several extended warranties in the past and never had to use but once. It was very easy. I returned the defective product, picked out another and was given a refund that was equal to the original cost.

I got it in case things go back it was well worth having protection if anything happens.

Almost a necessity for this Keurig. These models go out so easy. What can you expect though, they ARE the cheapest model are they not? So get the prot plan if you get the cheap models and your covered. Lol.

Real good insurance always to have can't go wrong with them if something wrong with the device return and get it a new one.
