Protection for $9 dollars if needed with Total Tech. Have not had to utilize the new protection process yet, but may rate a 5 star should I need to exercise the protection. It is better having the protection with Total Tech. I do not pay unless I need it.

Geek squad service is great every time I go there I get great service

I like to buy replacement or protection plans in case of those oops moments or hardware failure. I haven’t had to use it and hopefully I won’t have to.

I purchased the protection with one fan, a year later it stopped. Going to the store was the best thing ever no questions asked, ease and painless replacement.

I always try to buy the protection plan when I can, have needed to use it on occasion. Any Returns have been hassle free.

This service is very helpful especially when some malfunction happens shortly after purchase.
