    Have not had to use it but am very happy with the price for the coverage. Only complaint is that they started my coverage when the item shipped and not when I received it so I lost over a week of coverage.

    I love the front loading door.our only negative, the rotisserie turn knobs warmed up so much the insert slots enlarged and no longer fits the rotisserie pin.
