Warranty services are always an suitable option for any occurrence.

It takes out the hassle of thinking what if your appliance break or something.

Works great and coffee tastes amazing. The versatility of having both K-Cup & Expresso coffee pods gives you more choices for coffee. However, there's one big drawback. It's super noisy. Had I known it would be this noisy, probably wouldn't have bought it. Our last machine was super quiet, so when you get used to that for several years, it's hard to adjust to a noisy one. If you think you can tolerate the noise, I would recommend, otherwise, I would say keep searching for another one that's quieter.

Geek squad protection is recommended for higher priced purchases it could save you a lot of greef in in long run.f

Not sure why I’m asked to give a review right now. As I haven’t had to use the Geek Squad service as of yet. I installed everything on my own. So far the items have yet to need replacing and/or servicing. So only time will tell if the Geek Squad and/or the warranty is worth the cost.

I had to return my item as replacement was not available. I didn’t wanted to return but was hoping if I can wait for new inventory.

For the price u can't beat it and it works better than I thought it would.
