I have always bought the warranty with anything electrical because you never know when a power surge is going to happen. Best Buy has always stood by their warranty

Protection plan is good to have. Though I have not had a reason to use it recently, I have used it for replacement of an item in the past because it could not be repaired.

Love it! Fast and easy to use, makes a great cup every time. I use both the Nespresso pods and custom grounds. Question section for this product describes workaround for initial setup trouble.

Love the product and would have given 5 stars however, the food tray was not in my box and I was told by Insignia customer service,to go back to the store to make my concern known. I am not able to travel at this time due to a disability, therefore I had to take a loss because although I provided the date and proof of purchase. Hopefully some one will reach out to me.

We had a Geek Squad warranty on our old Keurig 200 machine..The machine started leaking water..the warranty gave us our money back with no hassle..We then bought a new Keurig Duo machine Plus another Geek Squad warranty.. Only way to go... !!!

I always add the Geek Squad Service. It's my guaranteed back up if something goes wrong with my purchase. It gives me peace of mind and the price is affordable.

When available, I always excepted the 2-year kick squad replacement warrantee. It has come in handy multiple times in the past and I would definitely recommend this for anything that they stand behind and make available.

Having Geek Squad insurance is definitely worth it. The ability to exchange at store or upgrade and use the cost of what you return to put towards the new purchase I get Geek Squad insurance all the time.
