I got a Geek Squad 2 years accidental Geek Squad Replacement on my a white Waterpik ION Water Flosser. Its nice to have a nice protect on this wonderful product. Good for everyone to have a the 2 years accidental Geek Squad product for peace of mind.

This was a warranty purchase. No longer buying items without a warranty. Just learned a very expensive lesson by not buying the warranty

I love this pot. I bought two of them. It can be used as a slow cooker or pressure cooker and many other functions. However one of the pots when I was using it as a pressure cooker, unfortunately the seal inside is not 100% firm so that the steam was leaking which led to the pot can't accumulate enough pressure so can't be used as a pressure cooker. I tried my second pot which worked just fine. So I returned one pot.

This is the best protection around. My original coffee maker purchase was guaranteed by this policy. I took the broken pot in and was given all the money back in a credit That is remarkable.

Did a great job, we simply took the unit fown to our local store and they replaced it..my faughter was able to use it same day

Had to use the geek squad warranty a couple of times over the years and I've never had a problem they replaced or repaired the product with no problem. It is well worth the cost witch is a decent price. It's one of the things you buy but hope you don't need.

I don’t know if I truly need the protection, but if something happens with an expensive item I want the peace of mind knowing that it is covered.

Alittle slow but gets the job done. Thank goodness I got the warranty, it broke after daily use approximately 5 months in.

Accidents happen and having protection plan definitely worth the cost which is really low compared to other companies protection plans which can cost double and not cover what Best Buy does

So I bought this for a Chefman air fryer I bought for a friend’s family. I haven’t had a chance to use this because the product has been performing great, but it gives everyone a sense of ease that if anything happens that Best Buy will replace the product.

I put insurance on any item over $30. Best way to go! Never dissatisfied with Geek Squads SUPERIOR GUARANTEES!!! Try exchanging or returning to Walmart or Walgreens. Once you’ve delt with my geeks! You’ll never want to purchase — Anywhere else!

I haven't needed to use the protection plan for my Breville juicer, so I dont know what to say. Have use my other plan for washer (Samsung), so that is saying something as I use my juicer daily and washer once a week.
