BBY protection is a great product thay allows for customer’s to have peace of mind knowing their device is covered.

This plan is a must have if you are buying electronics that are movable and prone to accidental damage. I bought it for my vacuum and they replaced it with a brand new one after it stopped working.

I bought a Philips Espresso machine expecting a good quality espresso, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The coffee comes out weak and watery, lacking body and strong aroma. Even after trying different settings and coffee beans, the result is still disappointing. The machine works and looks fine, but the espresso quality is far from what you would expect from a brand like Philips. Overall, it makes coffee that is just “okay” at best, not a real espresso. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a rich and authentic coffee experience.

Peace of mind. A protection plan is worth it. Haven’t had to use it yet, but if I hadn’t bought it, I would have needed it! Lol

I bought this for the air fryer I bought and thank goodness I did. The knob came loose almost a year after I bought it and this covered it with getting a brand new one

I've yet to need it but it gives me peace of mind when buying electronics. Literally everything I buy from best buy gets insured by geek squad. Def recommend it to all especially on big purchases.

I love air fryer. Not the best on the market. However it does get the job done.

I recommend that everybody purchasing a geek squad spend the money on it and it will come in handy later if something happens to your purchase

Last time I bought an appliance (not Best Buy, other retailer), it had a problem after 6 months. They did not help me with another product or a refund. This is the best solution, it is so good to have peace of mind about a product.

Very satisfied with this purchase,The warranty lasts a decent amount of time obviously depending on your usage but is well worth the buy!

I connected by tv by myself, but l used Greek squard on my vacuum, when it got problem, they returned my money in a card and l added money to it and buy a new one.

Always good to have security on your products, price was good too
