Best buy has always been my favorite retailer for protection plans. I recently had in issue with one at target where they made me xontact an outside party and wait for a rebate pending an invesitgstion. Best but makes jt easier by handling it themselves.

Good thing I bought this because I’m returning the ninja blender. It’s been less than a year and it’s not working properly

Bought this 2 year accidental replacement for a back up just in case. I always get due to the fact electrical products do go bad.

Works well so far. I like the extra additional modes. It works well for baking certain things. It's a been a good addition to the kitchen.

Excellent! Geek squad gives me rapid solution for my washer that I tough was damaged, but no.

To be honest, I purchased the 2 year extended warranty for my product in hopes that one day (if I ever need it) I will be covered with issues on my product. I have yet to see the type of service and customer support I will receive from BestBuy, when the time comes, but I’ll keep you guys posted!

My old airfryer decided that it didn’t want to heat. I was able to take the unit to the store and exchange easily for a new one no questions asked. I love that I can get a replacement so easily. I definitely purchased a new plan for the new unit.

This is the best insurance you can get. Just pop into Best Buy and speak to the customer service desk and they'll take care of you.
