The item is still working perfectly so I’m not sure if I will ever get to use this warranty.

Geek squad always comes through for me. Never had a problem with the members that have helped me.

This warranty was bought to cover any defects that may happen to the product. It’s better safe than sorry.

Geek squad protection. Can't go wrong with that. Just in case. Don't use it very much though.
