Up to now every time I bought something which I buy everything through Best Buy, all services from sales to delivery, installation, and repairs all were done perfectly. Last time I had a problem with my coffee machine and they just checked it and gave me a best buy card all money returned which I used for a new dishwasher. [Employee of bestbuy] Great product bought it for my Fiancé and she cannot stop using the Dyson, I did have to exchange the original one I purchased because it kept overheating and you have to not cover the vents when holding the handle other than that awesome dryer best on the market

It is a warranty and other than it being a good value and security, there is not much to tell.

The geek squad is actually very chill and very open to all questions. They also do remind you no question is a dumb question shout out to the Chicago Burbank. They always make it feel like home.

We love this blender! Blades are really sharp, blends in seconds, and the top pour spout is awesome. You can attach the cups and blend items right inside if you’re on the go. Typical blender noise, but nothing unusual - I actually think the noise is muffled compared to most others. Great gift for the wife, a husband into fitness, or elderly that needs processed food. Definitely worth the price, and we added the 2-year warranty as well and Still worth it!

Always nice to have the extra protection just in case something happens.

I have not used there service with my latest purchases but would recommend them every time. I used the service with a new computer that i purchased about 5 years ago. they came to my house and set everything up and installed and changed some of the settings that made it easy for me to use. I used there service again about 3 years ago when i purchased a new 60 inch tv and sound system. They hooked everything up, synced it all up to work together and showed me how to work everything. To me geek Squad is worth there weight in gold.

Good value for my family. I hope if I need to use this service it will be as easy as everything else has been with Best Buy.

The geek squad agents were very helpful in resolving our problem and very professional in their work

So far so good. Hoping we won't ever need to use this replacement feature. Was skeptical that we'd have problems with the air purifier since I'd never had one. Well, this unit is incredible so far. Doubt we'll use this replacement option, but you can never be too careful.

The Greek Squad team mounted the TV and did everything! In fact out front they mention if something is wrong with the product and take action to replace with the new one! They are super fast and very cooperative. We are completely satisfied and used their services almost 3?times in the last one year without any complaints.

Omg I love this! I’ve been wanting one of these for a while, but couldn’t bring myself to spend the money as soon as it went on sale I had to scoop it up. This holds up to its name blends well love the extra cups that comes with it. I haven’t used the food processor yet but I’m sure it’ll be amazing as well!

The Geek Squad provides excellent and immediate service. When my Instant Pot started having issues, the Geek Squad people gave me a new replacement immediately. There was no hassle of trying to get a replacement from the manufacturer. Plus, they are really nice people.

If I see a certain percentage of reviews for a small appliance or item mention early failure or breakage, I add this on. I've used it twice for hassle free replacement. I don't have experience with having Geek Squad try to repair an item like they would on a large appliance or major electronics so this review is on small items.

I always buy the Accidental Geek Squad Replacement I've only had to use it twice on different items and it is the best protection ever. Even though the item I purchased was beyond the return date, I was given a Best Buy Store Credit for the full amount of the item that did not continue to work as stated. There was no problem, they were so nice about. I would not make a purchase without it.
