The first service call was prompt and he brought one board with him based on our problem description, but we had to wait a week for the other board needed. They did fix the tv in home and other than the delay everything was very easy with the process.

There is absolutely no stress, no drama, no surprises involved. If your item is borked, it is replaced. If it is no longer available, your purchase price is refunded to a BBY gift card.
