The geek squad service was great! It was good that I didn't have to use it but it does provide peace of mind if a device doesn't work as its supposed to.

Bought this for my Boyfriend’s birthday. This towel warmer was wonderful… for about 4 months. Completely quit working. I had read similar reviews that stated this problem but thought I would try it anyway since sharper image is supposed to be a reputable brand. His birthday was in July of this year and it started giving us trouble in October. Light started turning purple and the warmer would not shut off. We would have to unplug it to get it to shut off. Now light is blue but the power button isn’t even on (refer to photo) will turn purple at some point and just sit like that! And it’s not warming and will stay on until we unplug it to get rid of the light! Do yourself a favor and believe this review and others that state they have this issue. DO NOT BUY unless you want to waste $150!!!

Heats up fast, and the chime works great. I love this curling iron! It worked well for my straight hair. But you should use a heat proof glove on the opposite hand. I burnt my hand two times before getting one. It gets incredibly hot!

I got the geek squad warranty because I always get a warranty on any electronic products. I have only had to use a warranty twice, ever. Its better to have it and not use it, than wish I had bought it when I could if I do need it. As long as the product I am buying is expensive and not like a $10.00 toaster, I will always buy the warranty.

Much more valuable than standard protection, at any moment if you feel the product isn't working for you, just bring it back and receive a store credit for the sale price of the item and get something else. No questions asked.

here's some advice for everyone, we all run out the store warranties and even manufacturer warranties so it is necessary to purchase a great bby warranty on all products there at bby the prices are very good and some are as long as 5 years wow, imagine how many upgrades your product will have in 4 or 5 years if something fails on the product , with the warranty you get your refund or credit to purchase a new one. always get a warranty

I bought this for my Cuisinart TOA-65 Air-Fry toaster oven, because the electronics and fan are on top (I figured the oven could cook it's electronics or fan over time). Good thing I did, I originally got the oven on sale for 30% off three years ago. I'm now on my third oven. I do have to re-buy the warranty each time, but now I'm at the same cost the oven was before being on sale, and still have a brand new oven. I'd never buy this oven again due to it not being able to last 2 years, but the warranty is very reasonable for items under $250. Just walk in with the defective item, tell them what's wrong and they give or order you a new one. Easiest warranty ever. Just make sure you renew it if you think it may fail again.
