As I haven’t had to use the Geek Squad service as of yet. I installed everything on my own. So far the items have yet to need replacing and/or servicing. So only time will tell if the Geek Squad and/or the warranty is worth the cost.

The versatility of having both K-Cup & Expresso coffee pods gives you more choices for coffee. However, there's one big drawback. It's super noisy. Had I known it would be this noisy, probably wouldn't have bought it. Our last machine was super quiet, so when you get used to that for several years, it's hard to adjust to a noisy one. If you think you can tolerate the noise, I would recommend, otherwise, I would say keep searching for another one that's quieter.
