It seems like my coffee pot was less the quality of the coffee pot I bought. I think they should give you the same quality or better when I purchase a protection agreement.

Geek Squad2-Year Accidental Geek squad replacement for free

Since it was suggested, I hope It comes handy when needed.

I want to cancel this plan due to lack of service I requested over a period of 2 e=weeks on both products I bought. On line at Best Buy I am unable to get the pdf plan coverage and I spoked with Agent Susan R and a Agent Bradley (Geek Squad) both ended chat over a period of 4 hours with no results of my request to have them send the pdfs via my email they have on file. I even requested to speak with Management (Via Jackelin and a Ella) but got disconnected. So I called the customer Service -Credit card service-they stated they can not do anything but Geek Squad can cancel plans and provide credit to my credit card-waiting for transfer again to Geek Squad after Ella put me on hold still waiting after being on phone for 4 hours!

Don't always get a warranty but better safe than sorry

The person who came to change my ice maker was great, but getting an appointment through geek squad was a total headache. With messing up addresses to changing days to having me call one place and another. Not the best experience.
