The plan itself is confusing but I think it does offer great support based on what I see online. There is just too much to read.

It was ok, we never got a chance to use it . One thing i have to say that it is very expensive, especially when you have to renew every year

Not sure if it is needed for this appliance but the breville name carries a big price tag so I did add it for extra security

Does it cover the product if damaged? Yes, if not without its fair share of rigamaroll. But if it needs to be replaced, you better hope it's on sale if you want the same model, because they don't do an even swap. You may come out of pocket for the same item that was damaged due to something out of your control.

normally in not very expensive things, I take these insurances or guarantees in case the product is damaged but I wanted to try this

Why do I have to review something that I have never used and hope that I don't have to?

I'll tell you in 2 years how they handle any situation s. Been buying alot of these because of total tech support discount So far they have delivered it to 2 different location 4 separate times despite being slated for end of January

If you product malfunctions, breaks, or whatever within the first 2 years, great! You're covered. BUT.... This is deceptive because I purchased in hopes of the 2 year protection plan covering 2 years AFTER the orig. warranty like almost every other extended warranty out there. And I kid you not, my product died just a few minutes ago, and the orig. purchase was 5/14/21 -- only 6 days after all these warranties expired. So mad right now.

Worked great but after a year battery did not last as long.

At first the shaver worked fine and gave me a close shave. After nine months, it started to fall apart. One of the shavers popped out from the machine and it does not click back anymore.

Undoubtedly not worth to avail sometimes. Not all products bought is worth this coverage since you'll still encounter difficulty requesting service/exchange.

Major issue I encountered was that the steamer frequently leaks water, leaving my garments damp and sometimes even causing water spots. This not only defeats the purpose of using a steamer but also creates more work, as I end up having to rewash the clothes. Moreover, the steamer's design feels somewhat flimsy, and I'm concerned about its durability in the long run. The water tank is not very large, so I find myself refilling it frequently, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, I had higher expectations from a reputable brand like Rowenta, but this garment steamer failed to live up to them. I would not recommend it and will be looking for an alternative with better performance and reliability.

Thanks for offering this warranty. It was purchased with an Air Fryer but I have not received a copy of the warranty. I hope I’d I should need it , it will be beneficial for me. Purchased for Christmas 2020

I mean never used it and by the time something does do wrong the warranty is over

I’ve fortunately have never had to use geek squad but I’ve heard they do a really good job.

I haven't used it yet. I gave it 3 stars because it only covers 1 product. If I want coverage for another appliance or device I have to pay $10 again which is honestly not worth it.

Service reps listen to my concerns and try to make it right by checking the issue.
