    If I could give zero stars I would. Machine crapped out within one year and Best Buy does not have the color I originally purchased. I could get a replacement straight from Keurig if I don’t with them. Instead I chose to deal with Best Buy where I only get store credit for the original purchase but the replacement two year guarantee for 12+ dollars it’s a waste.

    What happened to Cuisinart? I purchased the rechargeable salt & pepper mills a few months ago and now it’s in pieces, at least the one I used more often…the pepper mill. Disappointed. I am very happy I also purchased Geek Squad protection. Back to the store it goes.

    A two-year replacement that can only be used once.

    I had purchased a 2-year warranty with a product, but guess what, if I return it under warranty, I have to buy warranty again, so a 2-year warranty is actually only good for a one time ‘fix’.

    It cooked great, meat is soft for pressure cooking, but after 4rth time of use, did not perform the same way. Tried again 2x, failed. Im glad I bought a protection plan, will go to store for plan service.

    Insignia Recall Notice

    I bought a Insignia Air Fryer Oven on February 7, 2022. I had a 2 year replacement plan on it that ran out in February of this year 2024. Now I received a recall notice on this Air Fryer Over saying it can overheat causing the handles to melt and other hazards. It figures after the replacement runs out I would receive this recall notice.

    I was not informed that when I return an item For exchange that is under protection plan for $90 i will have to pay another $90 if i want it on the exchanged product im not out $180.00 on a $599.00 purchase that keeps having issues.

    For this new product, it has not been needed to use. But it’s a whole different story regarding the “Geek Squad” when my laptop was involved!

    I took my small appliance back today after a month of use, the handle had broken off. When I used the protection plan for a replacement I was recharged for the protection plan which I thought covered my item for two years…

    It could be a trap for your money

    Be careful with this service as it can be a real trap. I explain, first of all, use it no matter what they say on their website. Especially if your product is still covered by the original warranty. If you decide to use the warranty, you might just lose the money you have paid for this service. This is exactly what happened to me. I decided to use the warranty as the manufacturer decided to refund me, I lost 18 months of my coverage. The issue is that on their website they kind of nudge you towards the warranty by saying that warranty might be available. You go for that and then you lose it.

    This has already stopped working right. Thank goodness I purchased the warranty. It was for my parents and they liked it until it started giving them problems.

    cant review yet. When it arrived it would not come on it just ticked so i purchased extended warranty and it sat in bedroom out of sight, So when i took it back they ordered me a new one Nov 30 saying arrival Dec7. Well its Dec 31 and I still have not received

    Geek Squad Doesn't Fix Everything

    This was a bad purchase. I bought a 2 year warranty for a device that Geek Squad didn't repair - they didn't know what it was. When I took it in, they did no more than I did and started to replace it. They reissued me a new one, and then asked if I wanted to purchase the 2-year warranty again - I asked why? I mean I had it for 26 total days. I was told once it's used once, the whole warranty is done. So what's the point? I called the manufacturer, sent a picture, they explained what geek squad didn't do - and there was nothing wrong with my product.

    It’s an alright espresso machine, if you are completely brand new and never tried coffee before this would for you. However if you ah r tried coffee before I don’t recommend this. You have to manually stop your shots which is super annoying, it’s doesn’t have clear Instructions on how much coffee to use. I tried it for a week and tried different coffee blends and amounts of coffee and still only got watery tasting coffee shots. It doesn’t come with a steaming pitcher or shot glasses which was annoying.

    THEY TRY TO GET YOU TO GO THRU MANUFACTURER WARRANTY EVEN THOUGH THE DAMAGE IS ACCIDENTAL. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND DON'T PROVIDE SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PROTECTION PLAN AGAIN FROM BEST BUY
