The Geek Squad agent was professional and helpful during the TV mounting service. The TV was mounted securely, the setup looked clean, and the agent explained everything clearly. The service was convenient and saved time, though it was a little expensive. Overall, it was a good experience and the installation was done well. The Geek Squad service is useful for tech support and device repairs. The staff are usually helpful and knowledgeable, but the service can be expensive and repairs may take time. Life saving service! Well more so money. I have gone through a lot of high end hairdryer being a stylist and if it wasn’t from this warranty I would be out a lot more money. I never get the warranty but I will always get accidental coverage! Get the warranty!

So worth the cost when I got a new air fryer. Used it daily and one day it just wouldn’t work. Best Buy honored the warranty with no hassle and promptly replaced my item. I purchased the warranty again for the new one. Well worth the cost to protect a more expensive item.

I went with the 2-year protection. I honestly wish it was 4 years, but it’s still worth having for the peace of mind. Better to stay protected than risk it!
