Haven’t had to use this yet for my new keruig but always recommend buying the warranty.

This is a requirement forbme when i buy any electronic device or appliance. The customer service is quick the schedule for appliance breakdowns, repairs are done correctly & the initial cost is fair.

NO LONGER HAVING TO WATCH OVER MY FOOD IS A BLESSING AND NOT HAVING TO DEAL WITH GREASY FOOD AS WELL. THIS IS AN GREAT PRODUCT TO PURCHASE.

Great warranty i don’t have any complaints about this just one thing it will take a while to get back you product when sent off other than that it super great.

I believe this is a great addition to larger purchases. My clock quit working on Bella, with help from Geek Squad I walked out with a new coffee maker.

I will get this every time I buy a large appliance from Best Buy it’s great and easy on your mind

This service can be super useful, unfortunately Best Buy was misleading in how they helped me with it. I had an appliance with a warranty issue. Best Buy insisted on an in store exchange via their warranty because “it’s better” and promised since it was a warranty thing not an accidental damage the plan would transfer to the new one. THIS IS NOT TRUE. If you have an item in the manufacturer’s warranty for a covered issue - USE THAT WARRANTY. The plan will not transfer to the new one and you basically just paid for a warranty service you already got for free through the manufacturer. Corporate told me to go back to the store and speak to a manager to rectify the issues we had. In store gave me to a colleague, wouldn’t call a manager to help, and that rep told me too bad but he could “sell me a new plan if I wanted” I basically paid Best Buy for the warranty I had for free, lied about it, and they laughed in my face when I asked questions about it. So this can be a good service - but make sure it’s not in warranty first otherwise you’re just giving Best Buy a donation.

Love the ease of mind if anything happens. I have always had great service when needed. They even extended some on some if my older purchases was great except one item I had already had to dump. But otherwise great service

I get protection on everything because I have seen go bad and you can’t take it back because it’s past the return date

Great service fast and sent a replacement right away received next day. The Product plan is worth the money.

This is probably one of the best warranties. I have never had a problem with them and if I did it was taken care of. I had a warranty from NFM and went through allot of problems. They did not help or care.

The geek squad make sure its done right the first time. The only suggestion I would make would be if you are using them to connect your home theater then make sure premium connections are used.

Havent had a reason to use it yet and i hope i dont i got it for that just in case factor

I love that this coffee machine gives you plenty of options with the amount of coffee you would like to make. The frothing tool is a bonus. I would highly recommend.

love the fact that i can get support after the warranty wears out. this purchase is a must especially if your purchase is an investment into the future

Real good insurance always to have can't go wrong with them if something wrong with the device return and get it a new one.

They help you out immediately and service is good would recommend

The pitcher was cracked when we took it out, no problem, replaced it with a new unit
